Saddle assessment policy:

We strive to offer a professional service at all times and our aim is to ensure that any repairs or modifications that we carry out will result in your saddle being safe, fit for purpose and comfortable for the horse. 

Sometimes it is necessary to partly dismantle a saddle before we can establish what faults may be present and recommend the necessary repairs to restore the saddle to be safe and fit for purpose. 
Due to time constraints we charge 35 for this initial investigation and a quotation will be given for any work that is subsequently found necessary. 
Sometimes this investigation may result in faults being identified that result in the saddle being beyond economical repair, or you as the customer may decide that the quotation to repair the saddle is more than you are prepared to pay. 
In these instances it is our policy not to reassemble the saddle as we are not prepared to return the saddle in a condition where it could be unwittingly used in the future in an unsafe condition. 
By booking your saddle into our workshop for investigation into a possible fault or in order to quote for repair you are agreeing to our terms of business as explained in this policy. 
We will always endeavour to offer the most professional service possible and any repairs or modifications that are recommended will be done with the rider's safety and horse's welfare in mind.

Returns & Replacements:

Unwanted Goods: If the item(s) you received is not what you were expecting we will happily take it back. Please contact us by e-mail at outlining what you would like to return along with your order number. You can then go to to get your returns label. Follow the steps, print your label and return the parcel to your local post office. The cost of the label is €3.95.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Goods should be returned unused and should include the original labels and packaging in order to allow resale. We cannot accept returned items in which the labels have been removed or packaging damaged. When the goods are received we will contact you by e-mail and refund in full (excluding delivery costs). The cost of returning the unwanted goods will be paid by you.

Faulty Goods: If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email at outlining the product and your order number and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us, we will forward you on a prepaid postal label and ask you to drop the parcel at your nearest post office.

U.K. Terms & Conditions:

Personal Delivery: Personal delivery of saddles to addresses in the U.K. will cost a minimum of £80/€95 and up to a maximum of £150/€180, depending on distance travelled.

Saddle Fitting: A fee of £75/€90 will apply for all standard fittings.

Trial/Demo: In the event of a saddle being left with a client on a trial/demo basis, the client will be charged 10% of the saddle's retail value per week (or part of week).

In the event of a saddle being returned, the client will be charged a usage fee equal to 20% of the saddle's retail value, in addition to the above trial/demo fee and delivery fee.

These fees may or may not be waived at our discretion.
