Hollow Mouth Normal Ring Snaffle
Mackey Hollow Mouth Snaffle with Normal Rings is generally seen as a lighter bit and is thought to be one of the simplest bits. It can be good for novice horses or riders, as the eggbutt cheek prevents too much vibration from the rider's reins being felt by the horse. The lightweight hollow mouth means the horse carries little extra weight on the cheekpieces, and the thicker mouthpiece dissipates the pressure on the bars. The thicker mouthpiece is not ideal to use with a horse with a thicker tongue, but can be good for horses with sensitive bars. Made from quality stainless steel. Comes in various different sizes.
